2018 has been an extraordinary year for Medipass. Healthcare is a vast and complex industry, and we’re exceptionally proud of all we’ve accomplished in only twelve months. Here’s a snapshot…

  • In an Australian first, we partnered with Specsavers and HICAPS to allow instant online claiming from private health insurance when purchasing optical items
  • We worked with HBF to open up applications for their new Dental Arrangement to dental practitioners in Western Australia
  • We digitised the invoicing process at Garrison Health Services, providing faster payment terms and increasing transparency
  • We built and released our web approvals solution, allowing you to process a HICAPS Go transaction without needing your patients to download an app
  • We welcomed even more new health funds who enabled for HICAPS Go, including our latest three: Police Health, Nurses Midwives Health and Emergency Services Health

After such a busy year, our team will be taking a well-deserved break between December 24 and January 2. Medipass support (including live chat and emails to support@medipass.com.au) will be monitored during that time, but non-urgent requests may see a slower response than usual.
